Der unumstrittene Star des Dschungels ist gleichzeitig sein neuer Monarch. King Julien XIII., Enfant terrible sondergleichen, erbt den Thron von seinem Onkel. Für Julien die passende Gelegenheit, das Königreich in eine bunte Party-Zone zu verwandeln. Dummerweise muss er sich zwischendurch auch als König betätigen, um seine Untertanen zufrieden zu stellen.
